This property is exactly what we have in mind when we think of a starter home! Smaller than most Toronto homes, this custom-built home kept to only three colors – black, white, and brown. The brown is seen across the wood flooring and bathroom cabinets, while the walls are kept a crisp white to create the illusion of space. Black was used as an accentuating color and not overused.

To keep with the simplicity of the design, the bathrooms had vintage-styled bathtubs installed and faucets that provide a certain elegance to the room.
