Sometimes our clients like to have a simple space to call home. This custom-built home was exactly that! The floor space was smaller, so we added space by adding a second floor. Light wood flooring was used across all the rooms, on the staircase, and repeated on the closet doors and outside deck!

Fine details such as gold trimming were used to complement the natural wood in the house. In contrast, a glass chandelier was used in the bedrooms to provide a luxury feel.

This custom build is the perfect example of how to increase space when you're limited. By keeping things simple, you can elevate the design.
