This custom-built home is a luxury residence with all the custom-designed features and finishes. The owner wanted lots of natural light, so we installed large windows overlooking the manicured garden. Instead of the typical standard doors, we had large glass doors installed in the main living room, allowing the homeowner to have a large open space leading outdoors. This brings in lots of fresh air in the summer.

The home's exterior was painted in black and white to complement the interior design, including black and white marble scattered across various parts of the home.

Light fixtures were kept simple yet modern, and enough was installed to ensure ample light throughout the house.

Light brown wood fixtures and décor were used sparingly across the home to contrast with the sleek, luxurious interior design and add texture.

The owner worked closely with our architect and interior designer to create a space they can enjoy with their family.
