Our customers will often tell us that they want modest residences. This property, which was constructed to the buyer's specifications, was perfect in every way! We needed more room, so we constructed an additional storey above the one that was there before. The light wood flooring was utilized in all of the rooms, as well as on the stairs, the closet doors, and the outdoor deck!

In order to enhance the natural wood that was utilized throughout the home, fine accents such as gold trimming were added. On the other hand, a crystal chandelier was hung in each of the bedrooms so that they would have an air of luxury.

This custom build is a great illustration of how space can be utilized even when there is only a limited amount of it available. You could achieve a higher level of design by minimizing the number of moving parts. We used our in-house team of project managers, designers, architects, and tradespeople to provide a one-stop comprehensive property renovation solution, beginning with the floor and extending throughout the whole interior of the home.
