BIRCH AVE (Back Framing)
The home on Birch Avenue was constructed in the Bungalow style around the (early year)
We designed it style, which is unique in the region, and also evocative of the architecture that was popular during the era in California. It is a two-story wood-frame building with a porch that is faced in fieldstone and has oversized turned balusters between square fieldstone pillars. We took care of the amazing pillars supporting the porch made of fieldstone. A rounded corner on the right-hand side of the porch is crowned by a section of the roof that is conical in shape.
In the process of meeting the building requirements and every step of the building process, the supervisor kept an open door for communication and work to ensure that everything works smoothly and according to our expectations. Collaborating and working closely together, our team of engineers, project managers, designers, architects, and the rest of our team ensured that the house was built in the shortest amount of time feasible.
Our Aim
We aim to make the transition from the existing home to the new space as seamless as possible through meticulous planning and preparation before each project.
